Small is powerful. There is something joyful about being able to hold an entire world in the palm of your hand. In this 10-week low-fire ceramics class, we will explore the art of miniature making and learn how tiny objects can carry big ideas. Students will create a variety of miniature ceramic forms while learning specialized tools, techniques, and the mindset needed for working at a small scale. Whether you’re interested in tiny treasures, storytelling through objects, or simply enjoy working with fine details, this class will help you slow down, look closely, and discover the creative possibilities of miniature ceramics.
