Registrations for Summer Quarter will begin at 8am on May 5th. Summer quarter dates are June 8 - August 2. Sales tax will be charged as per new state law.
Becoming a strong wheel thrower involves lots of practice (like most things in life!). The fundamentals of shaping and trimming will be covered in this class, as well as more advanced techniques of altering and decorating. If you are a beginner, you’ll spend much of this class learning to throw a variety of cylinders and bowl shapes. If you’ve taken a few classes, Rob will help you integrate your forms and surfaces and give you tools for more challenging projects.
