There are many ways to make marks on clay. Explore a variety of techniques, including faceting, fluting, impressing, inlaying, painting, slipping, and glazing. Using historical examples and pots from Peter’s collection, we’ll have 10 weeks to experiment and play. Guest artists will be brought in to demonstrate particular methods.
This isn’t a class for absolute beginners, but if you can make basic pots that you are happy with, please join this friendly and welcoming class.
